Message from the Chairman
Almoallem Commercial Group is a group of companies dealing with various investment opportunities. Our investment activities began in the 1980’s in a small way in a variety of fields including; the trading of coffee, cardamom, nuts and spices. We were also involved in the field of bakeries and kitchens Specialising in functions and banqueting. We were also involved in the trading of female clothing.
Our next project was Romansiah Company Ltd in 1997 which has become famous within the Saudi food industry and been remarkably successful and become one of the biggest companies specialising in Saudi food within the Kingdom and other Arabian countries and now includes several distinct restaurants both in KSA and the Kingdom of Bahrain. In 2001 the sons of Al Moallem established Lamina Company Limited which deals in the paper, aluminum, packing and wrapping.
The group also owns My Mart Company Ltd. one of the leading companies in the retail sector; applying the most professional methods and practices in the provision of high-quality hygiene products which comply with the approved specifications and standards of KSA and now has many branches.
The continuing success was improved in 2013 with the establishment of Al Moallem Holding Company in the Kingdom of Bahrain dealing with a variety of investment fields. In 2015 the group established Al Moallem Real Estate Company which deals in real estate development and investment which now has many branches around the kingdom.
Throughout this process, we had an ambitious vision and a clear strategy to seek and establish new companies specializing in the food sector and to meet the needs and aspirations of our valued customers.
The group is considered to be one of the leading groups employing the best methods and most up to date administration and care of the highest national level of competence and to participate in the active support of our national economy and social service.
